A couple of years ago, we learned while reading Your Brain on Art that just 20 minutes of scribbling a day can rewire your brain. Over a year later, our daily scribbling has amazed us with how much it’s transformed our minds, bodies, and creativity.
We created Scribble-22 to capture how scribbling has helped us explore our minds, regulate our nervous systems, and reconnect with creativity and play. Here’s a bit more about the ways we scribble:
Scribbling as a Creative Practice
22 minutes of no-pressure scribbling—an easy daily habit. It’s helped us let go of our need for perfection and beauty, making it easier to stay consistent and experience how unrestricted play can rewire our brains.
